Registration procedures for new graduates (with residence transfer certificate issued by graduation school)

Take the following to the Hukou Office of Huai'an police station

1. Population information registration form (the form is provided by the household registration office on site)

2. Original and copy of the highest diploma (A4)

3. Original and copy of registration certificate (A4)

4. One standard photo of ID card (1 inch)

5. Original and copy of employment contract (A4)

6. If the original household registration belongs to colleges and universities in Fuzhou City, submit the collective household registration form page; if the original household registration belongs to colleges and universities outside Fuzhou City, submit the household registration transfer certificate

7. Copy of register of supplementary staff of public institutions or reply to the introduction of talents

8. Married teachers need to bring a copy of their marriage certificate to settle down

Previous graduates or Fujian Province unified recruitment personnel settlement procedures (within the province)

Step 1: go to Cangshan Public Security Bureau to go through the formalities of residence permit transfer (address: Chaoyang Road, Cangshan District, near Qiaonan) with the original and copies of the materials such as the register of supplementary personnel of provincial public institutions, the information form of the personnel enrolled in public institutions, the household register or household registration certificate, ID card and the collective household register.

Note: the above copies shall be collected by the Public Security Bureau when they are handled, and the original copy shall be taken back to the school by myself for the second step of settlement.

Step 2: return to school and settle down

I will go back to Huai'an police station of Fujian agricultural and Forestry University to settle down with the Notice of permitted removal of household registration issued by Cangshan Public Security Bureau and the materials required in the notice.

Previous graduates or Fujian Province unified recruitment personnel settlement procedures (outside the province)

Step 1: go to Cangshan Public Security Bureau to go through the formalities of residence permit transfer (address: Chaoyang Road, Cangshan District, near Qiaonan) with the original and copies of the materials such as the register of supplementary personnel of provincial public institutions, the information form of the personnel enrolled in public institutions, the household register or household registration certificate, ID card and the collective household register.

Step 2: return to the local police station where my current account is located and issue the residence transfer certificate with the residence permit (second copy).

Step 3: take the original and one copy of graduation certificate, employment registration certificate and employment contract, the original of household registration transfer certificate and household registration permit transfer certificate (the third copy), and one standard photo of ID card (one inch white background color photo) to go to Huai'an dispatching office of Fujian agricultural and Forestry University to handle the settlement procedures.

Procedures for settlement of imported talents

Step 1: before the introduction of talents, the original and photocopy of the materials of reply to the introduction of talents from the Provincial Department of human resources and social security, administrative introduction letter, doctoral degree certificate, household register or household registration certificate , ID card , unit collective household register and marriage certificate , child relationship certificate and spouse's unemployment basis shall be provided Go to Cangshan Public Security Bureau to sign and issue the residence permit (address: Chaoyang Road, Cangshan District, near Qiaonan).

Step 2: return to the local police station where my current account is located and issue the residence transfer certificate with the residence permit (second copy). If you are registered in Fujian Province, you can directly enter the third step.

Step 3: hold the original and one copy of provincial Civil Service Bureau's approval of talent introduction, employment contract, doctor's degree certificate, household register or household registration certificate, ID card, marriage certificate, child relationship certificate and spouse's unemployment basis and household registration transfer certificate and household registration permit (No Three copies) original, one standard photo of ID card (one inch white background color photo) to go to Huai'an police station of Fujian agricultural and Forestry University to handle the settlement formalities.
