The Innovation Team on Science of Featured Produce Quality and Processing Technologies

The leading scientist is Professor Baodong Zheng. Built on the disciplines of Food Science and Engineering, the team consists of 21 members. Major fields of research are resource quality of special starch and the pertinent key processing technologies, non-thermal processing technologies and equipments for featured produces, natural functions of featured produces and the processing stability, quality biology and preservation technologies for post-plucking featured produces, and processing equipments and integrated technologies for featured produces.
