Established in 1958, College of Transportation and Civil Engineering(CTCE) offers six majors for the undergraduate students:Forestry Engineering, Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Transportation, Project Management,Logistic Engineering.At present, more than 1600 full-time undergraduate students are studying in CTCE .
     CTCE has one post doctoral research station on Forestry Engineering which is a provincial featured key discipline andis an authorized doctorate conferrable second discipline.CTCE has two master degree conferrable disciplines: Forestry Engineering Traffic Engineering which is also a provincial key discipline.The college also provides three Professional Mater Degree programs in the field of engineering such as:Traffic Engineering, Forestry Engineering and Architecture, Civil Engineering.
     The college consists of four departments (Forestry Engineering Department, Civil Engineering Department, Traffic Engineering Department and Transportation Department), three research centers (Traffic Engineering Research Center, Fujian Yongfu High-tech Research Center and Plant Fiber New Material Research Center), oneexperimental demonstration center, two open labs and 29 experimental chambers. The labs covers total area of more than 9,000 square meters, equipped with teaching and experimental instruments and facilities worthy of more than 30 million RMB.The college also owns two on-campus practical teaching and training bases, more than 30 off-campus bases of comprehensive practical teaching and training for employment and entrepreneurship .
