  1. My research interests are focused on the molecular epidemiology, population genetics and functional genomics of important zoonotic parasitic diseases (Toxoplasma gondii, Enterocytozoon bieneusi, Giardia intestinalis, Cryptosporidium, etc.), as well as the research of common parasitic diseases diagnosis and detection, prevention and control technology.

  2.  Using genomic and genetic approaches to research the mechanism of the conversion between Toxoplasma gondii tachyzoite and bradyzoite in vitro and in vivo.

  3.  Immunology and host-parasite interactions
