Recently, a 20-member delegation of government officials from the Philippine Department of Agriculture, Trade and Investment Center, and Embassy in China led by Techico, Benito Gosiaco, Special Envoy of the President of the Philippines to China for Trade, Investments, and Tourism, paid a visit to our university. President Lan Siren met with the delegation members in China National Engineering Research Center of Juncao Technology, and vice-president Zheng Baodong presided over the symposium on cooperation and exchange between the two sides.

Lan Siren welcomed the delegation’s special visit to China National Engineering Research Center of Juncao Technology and made brief introduction on the international cooperation of China National Engineering Research Center of Juncao Technology, and said that he would earnestly implement the instructions of the two presidents on promoting Juncao cooperation, and promote the implementation of Juncao technology in Philippines as soon as possible. Then the two sides had an in-depth discussion on the promotion of Juncao technology in Philippines.

Techico, Benito Gosiaco, the Special Envoy, thanked the school for the warm reception, saying that the purpose of this visit is to implement the consensus on cooperation of Juncao technology reached by the two presidents in January. Philippines hopes the Juncao technology experts in FAFU can visit Philippines as early as possible to jointly promote the construction of Juncao Technology Demonstration Center in Philippines.
