Recently, “Soil Hydrology research platform Underpinning Innovation to manage water resources in European and Chinese cropping systems” (2017YFE0118100), a project of the National Key Research and Development Program, has passed the evaluation of the Ministry of Science and Technology. The project is jointly completed by FAFU, China Agricultural University, Nanjing Agricultural University, Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University, Beijing Forestry University, Beijing Normal University, Changjiang River Scientific Research Institute, Hong Kong Baptist University Institute for Research and Continuing Education and The Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). FAFU is the leading unit of the project, and Professor XU Weifeng from College of Resources and Environment of is the Chinese chief scientist of the project.
