Recently, the FAFU research team led by Professor Zhou Shungui has published a paper titled “Metal-Free Semiconductor-Based Bio-Nano Hybrids for Sustainable CO2-to-CH4 Conversion with High Quantum Yield” in Angewandte Chemie International Edition, one of the prime chemistry journals.
FAFU is the only corresponding affiliation in the paper, with Hu Andong, second-year doctoral student from the College of Resource and Environmental Science, and Associate Professor Ye Jie being the co-first authors, and Professor Zhou Shungui and Associate Professor Ye Jie being the co-corresponding authors. The research is funded by the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars (41925028), National Natural Science Foundation of China (42177206), the Natural Science Foundation of Fujian Province, China (2020J06017) and Laboratory of Lingnan Modern Agriculture Project (NT2021010).
