Educational background:

Zhong Graduated with a bachelor's degree from the College of Life Science and Technology at Guangxi University in 2011, and obtained a Ph.D. from the Shanghai Institute of Life Sciences, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2017. From 2017 to 2020, Zhong conducted postdoctoral research in the field of plant multi-resistance at the Center for Excellence in Molecular Plant Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences.


Research Direction

With a focus on soybean and rice as primary research subjects, Zhong engaged in research on yield-immunity regulation, carbon-nitrogen balance regulation, and the immune symbiotic transition mechanism of soybean-rhizobia.
