Recently, the Science and Technology Innovative Team of Crop Ecology and Molecular Physiology led by Professor Lin Wenxiong of FAFU made significant progress in the fields of rice allelopathy, continuous cropping obstacle of radix Pseudostellariae heterophyjlla and microbial drug resistance related mechanism. The research results in the field of rice allelopathy titled “Identification and comparative analysis of microRNAs in barnyardgrass (Echinochloacrus-galli) in response to rice allelopathy”, was published on the top 10 international plant science magazine《Plant, Cell & Environment》(IF=5.906).

In the field of continuous cropping obstacle of radix pseudostellariae heterophylla research, the research results titled “Interaction of Pseudostellaria heterophylla with Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. heterophyllamediated by its root exudates in a consecutive monoculture system” was published on the sub-journal of Nature《Scientific Reports》(IF=5.078).
In addition, the team recently recruited the "Min Jiang Scholar" Distinguished Professor Dr. Lin Xiangmin who carried out his research in the field of molecular ecological mechanism of microbial drug resistance. the His research result titled “An integrated quantitative and targeted proteomics reveals fitness mechanisms of Aeromonas hydrophila under oxytetracycline stress”, was published on the renowned magazine《Journal of Proteome Research》(IF=5.001).

The above research works were supported by the National Program for Fundamental Research and Development (973 Program), the Key Program of the Joint Fund of Cross-Straits of the National Natural Science Foundation, the General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation and Research Fund for the Doctoral Program of Higher Education of China (RFDP) and so on, and the research unit of the first author as well as the corresponding author of the three papers were FAFU. Professor Lin Wenxiong was the corresponding author of the three papers.
