On June 3rd, about 20 students from Texas Agriculture and Mechanism University (TAMU) arrived at FAFU for a one-month international teaching and learning program.

The program was developed both by TAMU and FAFU for the second time. The long-distance model of teaching cooperated by TAMU and FAFU is an active attempt in the process of transnational higher education cooperation. It has been effectively promoting communication for teachers and students from both campuses, sharing the curriculum and resource integration since last June. Through courses learningfield experimentChinese language, culture experience and the human ecological environment investigation in Fuzhou City, Xiamen City, Wuyi Mountain and at FAFU campus as well, these college students from America have not only understood features in specialties at FAFUbut also Chinese traditional cultures, etc. They have also learned more about China and our schools. The program has promoted the cross-cultural communication, brought greater awareness and understanding between the two institutions.

To prepare for themselves, some students from the FAFU-DAL AC Programwho will attend at TAMU this September funded by CSC(Chinese Scholarship Council),took this valuable opportunity to participate in the one-month teaching activities initiated on June 3rd.
