Editor-in-Chief of Forest Policy and Economics Runsheng Yin visited FAFU for academic exchanges

Recently, Dr. Runsheng Yin, Editor-in-Chief of Forest Policy and Economics, an internationally well-known academic journal, was invited to visit FAFU for academic exchanges.

on the spot of the lecture titled “Leading Edge Research about International Forest Economy”  

In the morning of May 15th, Professor Runsheng Yin gave a lecture titled “Leading Edge Research about International Forest Economy” to the social science researchers of FAFUin the conference room 509 of the College of Economics. Professor Runsheng Yin made a detailed introduction on the leading edge research of international forest industry, SCI journals of forest economy and thesis writing to teachers and students of College of Economics of FAFU.

on the spot of the lecture titled “Tips of Writing and Publishing Articles in International Academic Journal of Humanities and Social Science”  

In the morning of 16th,Professor Yin gave a lecture titled “Tips of Writing and Publishing Articles in International Academic Journal of Humanities and Social Science”. He gave a detailed presentation about the writing requirements and manuscript submitting strategies to international academic journals of human-social science. Professor Yin also shared his experience of submitting manuscripts to international academic journals and answered the attendees’ questions.

President Lan Siren met Professor Runsheng Yin   

On 16th, President Lan Siren met Professor Runsheng Yin and welcomed his visit on behalf of FAFU. President Lan gave a brief introduction on development situations of FAFU and expressed his hope to improve the cooperation with Professor Yin in the field of human-social science, especially in internationalizing the academic work of young talents of FAFU. Professor Yin said that the progress of FAFU in the recent years was obvious to all. He hoped to strengthen communication with FAFU’s talents in social sciences to promote commonly the level of scientific research.
During his stay at FAFU, Professor Yin had also made comments on some theses written in English by FAFU’s youth teachers, and gave them some suggestions for modification.
