The research team of Zhang Jiasui of College of Plant Protection of FAFU published a series of achevements on population genetics and evolution of pathogenic bacteria in journals such as《Global change biology》

Recently, the research team of Zhang Jiasui of College of Plant Protection of FAFU published a paper titled “Climate change accelerates local disease extinction rates in a long‐term wild host–pathogen association” in the journal of 《Global change biology》(district 1, IF=8.502).

It is known that the research group has been mainly engaged in the research of population genetics, evolutionary biology, phytophathora epidemiology, ecological agriculture and plant protection economics. In 2018, the group has also published 5 other papers in the international renowned academic journals of Evolutionary Applications, Fungal Genetics and Biology, Pest management science and Frontiers in Plant science and so on. The cumulative impact factors were up to 30. This series of studies were funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Post doctoral innovative talent support program, National Potato Industrial System and other programs.
